Tarl has had the opportunity to work for the Government over the years in both a local and federal level. In his years of experience, he couldn't help but notice a comical mix of inefficiency, incompetence, and idiocracy. One day, as he was verbalizing this recent discovery to a colleague of his, she responded with this sage advice: "Yeah. And now you have one of two choices. You can go home and cry about it each night or just sit back and laugh."
After several nights of crying, Tarl decided his time might be best spent memorializing his observations in a humorous comic strip.
